The disciples wanted to know the signs that would indicate the return of Jesus. And in Mark 13:8 Jesus says “For nation will rise against nation … and there will be famines and troubles. These are the beginnings of sorrows.”
One sure way to create famine is to shut down the agriculture industry. It’s really hard to wrap your mind around this evil agenda against humanity, to save the planet by starving the people.
